Chocolate has been tempting and tantalizing humans for thousands of years. This week the focusing is on the relaxing properties of chocolate after a stressful tax day Monday, as if Monday’s can’t be difficult enough, and we are going to pair this fantastic delight with an amazing wine.
Food Network has a mighty crew of impressive chef’s in their arsenal and I appreciate each and every one of their individual talents. I do have to admit, I have a few favs that inspire great flavors and one of them is Tyler Florence.
Tyler has an easy, laid back style that never seems hurried. He explains every step with thorough attention to detail and though some of the recipes are quite involved, they look easy to recreate.
Keeping with the theme of the week, which is chocolate, I have chosen a fantastic tart by Tyler Florence. You may already have many, if not all of the following ingredients in your pantry or larder.
